All they care about is their own personal agendas. When the 4 of you run for re-election I will be supporting whoever runs against you, at least there is a chance that they will care about the residents of this county. And stop using the water cost as a crutch for your own agenda. The county people want city water but they don't want to pay city property taxes. They cannot have their cake and eat it to. City residents should NOT have to absorb the cost of running water lines out into the county. If you want CITY WATER in the County than you better expect to pay for it. .

The measure of success in any sport is how well you use what you have to win, says Ken Locker, a certified athletic trainer at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. "It's easy for someone to cheat and win," he adds. "With steroids, you're tricking your body. You're creating something that's not you, and that's why you're cheating." But in the sports world, from high school on up, the focus often is more on competition and less on following the rules. "It's not just the kids," says Mr. Locker, who knows of a freshman at a small university who tested positive for steroids. Regulations required the school to tell his parents what had happened. Immigration Agents to Stop Sedating Deportees
Immigration officials have acknowledged that 56 deportees were given psychotropic drugs during a seven-month period in 2006 and 2007 even though most had no history of mental problems. The American Civil Liberties Union filed a federal lawsuit over the practice. An internal Immigration and Customs Enforcement memo dated Wednesday and obtained by The Associated Press on Friday said effective immediately, agents must get a court order before administering drugs "to facilitate an alien's removal." "There are no exceptions to this policy," said the memo written by John Torres, detention and removal director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement. To get a sedation order from court, officials must show deportees have a history of physical resistance to being removed or are a danger to themselves.

One of the opening night leads, Asero (the choreographer), was so perfect as to foil all guesses that she was a last-minute replacement for an ailing star. Bibby has the most impressive voice of all, but Giddings, Juran and Flynt are also excellent singers. Giddings has a fine lilting quality to his voice and a narcissistic but sweet demeanor. Juran’s Pirate King resonates humor and is most watchable for the personal touches he brings to his character. Flynt has a naturally commanding bearing that makes him less of a buffoon than is typical for his role. Their voices blend beautifully, and careful diction makes this the most clearly understandable Pirates that I have ever heard remarkable in light of the dated language and sizable orchestra. In fact, the entire ensemble sings with refreshing tonal and rhythmic precision.

But it doesn't have to be that way. With the right ingredients and techniques, flavorful, crunchy satisfying results can be had without all the fat. This recipe for pork tenderloin in a golden, herbed crust is loosely inspired by a classic Japanese preparation of breaded, deep-fried pork chops called tonkatsu. But rather than pork cutlets, this dish uses pork tenderloin, which is as lean as white chicken meat. Deep-fried crusts do have loads of flavor, so for this pork tenderloin we compensate with loads of added flavorings in the coating. A crumb mixture is made with panko (Japanese-style bread crumbs), which have a crisper, lighter texture than most kinds of breading. Panko can be found in the Asian section of most grocers. The panko is combined with chopped fresh parsley, thyme, rosemary and minced garlic to create a flavor that's more Mediterranean than Asian.
